Terms of service

These terms govern use of GullyMed by practices. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your practice.

The service

A website with online booking (free), and optional paid plans that add reminders, billing, payments, records and recalls. Features and limits per plan are on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Your responsibilities

• You are a registered healthcare provider and the information you publish is accurate. Publishing is gated behind verification of your registration; false claims (including facilities you don't have) are grounds for suspension.
• You obtain patient consent for messaging and record-keeping as required by law.
• You keep your team's phone-based logins personal.

Payments

Online patient payments go to your own Razorpay account; you are the merchant of record. Subscription fees are billed monthly in INR, GST extra. See the refund policy.

Data

Your data is yours. See the privacy policy and DPA. On termination you may export your data for 90 days.

Liability

GullyMed is a record-keeping and communication tool; clinical decisions are yours. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. Governed by the laws of India; courts of Bengaluru.
